Meet Mark Tasky
Mark Tasky is a Specialist Leader for Deloitte Consulting LLP’s U.S. Technology practice in their Technology Strategy and Architecture Service Line and is the Technology Black Belt for the IT Service Management (ITSM) Domain. His specific area of experience is in IT Operations and Service Management.
Mark has over 17 years of Public Sector and Commercial experience in IT Operations and Service Management, focusing on planning, designing, and deploying ITIL-based IT Services Management (ITSM) solutions, including the assessment and implementation of IT strategies, organizational structures, operational processes and management technologies.
Mark holds a B.S. in Electrical Engineering from Virginia Polytechnic Institute and State University.

As the chief engineer responsible for managing the foreign national technical staff and technology systems for an Agency’s communications bureaus throughout Asia, I learned that challenges can be overcome through patience, hard work, and having trust in the people that work for you.
