With more than 17 years of experience, Karl Rupilius, a principal and leader in Deloitte Consulting LLP’s Customer Solutions practice, has been helping clients leverage ERP and CRM technologies and processes to gain a competitive advantage.
Karl’s experience includes implementing large-scale ERP and CRM solutions that helped organizations improve their sales, service and marketing performance. Karl has extensive background in the full IT project lifecycle management, including strategy, delivery and support of complex information systems projects. He currently specializes in delivering business value through integrated solutions based on on-premise and cloud-based CRM and ERP solutions.
Throughout his career, Karl has effectively helped clients across North America, Latin America, Asia and Europe. His experience within ERP and CRM includes the areas of sales, service, marketing and order-to-cash.
Karl earned his Master of Science from the University of Mannheim, Germany and the University of Nice-Sophia Antipolis, France.
