Meet Edward Basanese

Ed is a principal in Deloitte’s Customer Transformation practice. He has over 15 years of management consulting experience helping companies transform the way that they market, sell and provide service and support to their customers. His specific area of focus is helping companies improve business execution through programs designed to increase the effectiveness of the workforce, including (1) organization design, including moving companies to account-based selling models, (2) role design, including identification of required skills/training to move sales, marketing and service reps from a product focus to a solution focus, (3) compensation, both the design of compensation plans and the administration of those programs and (4) change management, helping reps adopt new strategies or operational models through targeted communications and training. 

Ed has worked across industries including Life Sciences (Pharma, Medical Devices), Retail, Health Plans, High-Tech, Media and Insurance.
