Meet Siva Paramasivam

Senior Manager, Deloitte Consulting LLP

Siva is a senior manager in Deloitte Consulting LLP’s Supply Chain & Mfg. Operations practice. He has over 12 years of supply chain management and operations leadership experience in both industry and consulting. Primary industries include Consumer Products, Wholesale Distribution, Heavy Manufacturing, Life Sciences,and Natural Resources. Siva also leads the US-India Supply Chain & Mfg. Operations delivery center capabilities based in India.

In consulting, Siva’s global experience spans supply chain strategy, process improvement, network simplification, cost reduction and complex program/change management in Logistics, Warehousing/Distribution, Manufacturing and Supplier Management.

Siva’s recent experiences and interests include building resilience in supply chains and leveraging advanced analytics to help clients understand the trade-offs and make strategic choices to manage supply chain risk.

Siva has an undergraduate degree in Chemical Engineering and an MBA in Supply chain and Finance from Penn State University. He is also certified in Six Sigma/ Enterprise Lean.
