As M&A activity heats up, it is critical to understand the challenges companies face when planning for and integrating companies they acquire. 

In a recent survey, “Mergers & Acquisitions: Planning to minimize integration risk,” Consumer Goods Technology (CGT) and Deloitte Consulting LLP explore leading practices for planning and integrating company acquisitions as well as implications for the future of M&A as the economy recovers.
