We understand sponsor support is often an important element in achieving your project objectives. In turn our sponsorship relationships are an important part of our business and community involvement, and allow us to build and solidify relationships with our clients and the communities we work in. 

We also understand that applying for sponsorship can be time consuming for everyone involved, so we have developed some guidelines to help. These guidelines are designed to provide you with information about Deloitte New Zealand and what we look for in our sponsorship commitments.

As we regularly receive sponsorship requests from a wide variety of New Zealand organisations these guidelines outline our objectives and how to go about requesting sponsorship support from us.

Our sponsorship objectives

We like to keep things transparent and simple. Here are three generic reasons why we might sponsor:

  • Drive brand awareness in key sectors 
  • Support our policy of corporate responsibility and involvement in the community 
  • Provide opportunities to build relationships with our target markets
Our sponsorship proposal process

Every proposal we receive, provided our proposal guidelines have been followed, is evaluated by the same criteria. We will inform you of the outcome in writing within two weeks. 

At present, we are not seeking any new sponsorships as our portfolio is fully committed. 

However, if you would still like to submit a proposal for consideration here is what you need to do:

  • Download the Sponsorship Request form
  • Once you have completed this form, click the ‘Submit’ button to email a copy to our Sponsorship team for assessment.   
  • Attach any other supporting materials and click the ‘Send’ button.
