Voluntary liquidation 

The legal way of winding up liquid entities in Hungary is the voluntary liquidation. The procedure involves several legal actions and has accounting, taxation and commercial aspects as well.

We accompany clients throughout the various stages of voluntary liquidation in corporate, employment and commercial legal matters. We provide assistance from planning and scheduling the liquidation until the de-registration of the wound-up company in the following aspects, among others:
