WaverleyTBS Limited Joint Administrators’ Proposals, Formal Notice of the Meeting of Creditors, Claim Form, Proxy Form and List of Creditors

 

Background

In accordance with Schedule B1, paragraph 49(4)(b) of the Insolvency Act 1986, a copy of the Joint Administrators’ Statement of Proposals, for achieving the purpose of the Administration WaverleyTBS Limited is available to view.

Daniel Francis Butters and William Kenneth Dawson were appointed Joint Administrators of WaverleyTBS Limited and Huntingtower Investment Group Limited on 2 October 2012 (“the Companies”). The affairs, business and property of the Companies are managed by the Joint Administrators. The Joint Administrators act as agents of the Companies and contract without personal liability.

All Insolvency Practitioners of Deloitte LLP are licensed in the UK.

Unless otherwise shown, both Joint Administrators are authorised by the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales.

Points to highlight

A Meeting of the creditors of WaverleyTBS Limited will be held at 11.00am on 27 November 2012 at Doubletree by Hilton Sheffield Park, Chesterfield Road South, Sheffield, S8 8BW.  The meeting has been called to consider the Joint Administrators’ Proposals under Schedule B1, Paragraph 51 of the Insolvency Act 1986.

 

On 2 October 2012 Daniel Francis Butters and William Kenneth Dawson were appointed Joint Administrators and now manage the affairs, business and property of the companies in Administration.  The Joint Administrators act as agents of the companies and contract without personal liability.  The Joint Administrators are authorised by the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales.  All licensed insolvency practitioners of Deloitte LLP are licensed in the UK.
