Surface Inspection UK Limited (In Liquidation)

Robin David Allen and Richard Michael Hawes were appointed Joint Liquidators of Surface Inspection UK Limited on 21 May 2010. The affairs, business and property of the Company are managed by the Joint Liquidators. The Joint Liquidators act as agents of the Company and contract without personal liability.

All Insolvency Practitioners of Deloitte LLP are licensed in the UK.

About Surface Inspection UK Limited

Robin Allen and Richard Hawes were appointed Joint Liquidators of Surface Inspection UK Limited (“the Company”) on 21 May 2010 following the Company’s transfer into Liquidation from the preceding Administration.

The Company operated from premises at City Business Park, Bristol and was involved in research and development of machines used for automated inspection of ceramic and other tiles. The Company’s business and assets were sold during the Administration.

The Joint Liquidators are currently finalising matters arising from the sale of the business, and will then distribute the remaining realisations to the creditors.

Use of website

It is the Joint Liquidators’ intention to provide all statutory information to creditors by use of this website in accordance with new legislation introduced by the Insolvency (Amendment) Rules 2010.

All known creditors will be advised each time a new document has been uploaded to the website and the documents will remain on the website for the duration of the Joint Liquidation and for three months after the Liquidation has ended.
