Examples of our work

  • Business case
    We assisted a finance data house in the investment appraisal of a range of options for their new European Headquarters. We helped bring clarity to its investment appraisal life cycle and supported negotiations in successfully concluding its chosen option.
  • Business planning
    We developed a driver based model that supported a specialist outsourcing firm prepare its business plan in the lead up to the successful sale of the business. We subsequently assisted management in developing a rolling forecast model to support its business planning process.
  • Capital restructuring
    We assisted with evaluating the implications of both a consensual and non-consensual restructuring of a client’s $25bn external debt. Through the development of an entity priority model, we enabled stakeholders to better understand projected returns, hold effective negotiations and ultimately effect the restructuring.
  • Divestment
    One of our clients is required to divest a portion of its branch portfolio due to European state aid requirements. We have provided extensive modelling support, assisting in the preparation for divestment, generating confidence with key stakeholders and enabling the due diligence process.
