Jeremy Black

Jeremy is a partner in Deloitte’s Professional Practices group where he has worked for over 20. He provides firms with advice in a range of areas including strategy, mergers, remuneration, financing, working capital management and the use of KPIs. Jeremy holds an MBA in Legal Practice for which he wrote a research project on outside ownership of law firms, and has since worked with a number of firms who have evolved under the ABS regime. He is the author of the Law Society’s ‘COFAs Toolkit’.
