She is well-versed in both Czech Accounting Standards and International Financial Reporting Standards. Diana is a member of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (FCCA) and a member of the Czech Chamber of Auditors (licensed auditor) and holds a professional qualification in IFRS (DipIFR). She mainly serves clients from the area of financial institutions. Her client portfolio primarily includes the Komercni Banka Group, the FIO group, Česká exportní banka, the Santader Bank Group, ECM and others. Over the course of her career, Diana has gained extensive experience in auditing and reporting under Czech Accounting Standards, International Financial Reporting Standards, corporate finance advisory services, corporate asset and liability management, hedging, etc.

Tomas is the Partner of the Tax & Legal Department of Deloitte Czech Republic and Deloitte Slovakia. Tomas obtained his university degree at the economics faculty of the Erasmus University in Rotterdam. He has been living and working in Prague since 1992 and has been with Deloitte since 1997. Tomas’s major clients are multinational companies and real estate investors. He specialises in creative tax solutions, international tax structuring, assistance with tax incentive grants and inward investment strategies. He is a registered Dutch tax advisor and a member of the Czech branch of the International Fiscal Association. Tomas speaks Czech, English, French, German and Dutch fluently.

Brent is a Director at Deloitte Central Europe’s Real Estate Industry team since June 2010. Brent has over 20 years of experience in Commercial Real Estate Investment and Consulting business. He has expertise in investment advisory, hotels, strategic repositioning of assets, valuation, off-market transactions and capital raising. Brent was a partner at Private Property Partners (real estate advisory) in Prague and prior to this role he worked as CEE Investment Director at Colliers International . In Canada Brent spent more than a decade working as a senior advisor with both Cushman & Wakefield and CB Richard Ellis. Brent has graduated with degree in Economics and specialization of Urban Planning from the University of British Columbia.
