Processing bank operation excellence

Almost all business process of the banks in China has serious abuse, just function as a "department bank" but not "processing bank". This leads to the limitation of the customaries service, creation and risk defense. Once problem occurs, department pass the buck to each other. The organization structure and business process have to changed and rebuild on the base of "processing bank", but not "department bank".
