Deloitte China has been certificated as Top Employer China by the CRF Institute for the eighth consecutive year for its commitment and continuous efforts in adopting a sustainable employee engagement strategy to building a strong career development platform for the employees.
Deloitte China is one of 36 organizations certified as Top Employer China 2013. As evidenced by independent research conducted by the CRF Institute, Deloitte China offers its employees competitive working conditions through both professional and comprehensive training, quality mentoring, international mobility and a diversified and dynamic company culture recognizing individuality and self-development.

Since 2012, Deloitte China has launched the Green Dot Award Program to recognize employees for their special accomplishments or contributions in one-time events in addition to the annual performance review. As of one of the programs to broaden employees' career horizon, Deloitte has initiated internal transfer programs and Global Mobility Programs. Global Mobility Programs enables employees to apply for an 18-36 months placement in one of our offices around the world.
