Kate has over 15 years business transformation experience, working with organisations on large programs incorporating business process redesign and system implementation, supported by the people dimensions of transformation including culture, learning and capability development, workforce transition, leadership alignment, communication, talent strategies and HR programs, and organisation design & governance.
Kate has worked across multiple industries including manufacturing, health care, general public sector, utilities, oil &gas, and entertainment & media. Her work consistently demonstrates an ability to guide a team from the inception of a program through the development, design and implementation phases and onto post-implementation review and benefits realisation. Kate’s extensive experience in program management is highly valued by her clients.
Kate transferred from New Zealand in 2008 where she led the National Human Capital Practice specialising in Human Resource Transformation and all aspects of change management. Kate utilises her skills as a qualified accountant to provide advice and support to financial analysis, opportunity identification, business case development and benefit tracking activities.
