Integrated Cost Reduction

Scope

Considering opportunities for cost reduction and company performance increase, particularly in areas of organization structure, IT systems support, personnel dimensions and motivation system. Analysis will be held in ten areas:

  • Finance – analysis of cash flow, cost analysis, analysis of payment management, analysis of controlling system usage in cost management
  • Human Capital – analysis of motivation system, span of control analysis, revision of corporate benefits costs
  • Procurement – analysis of procurement contracts, analysis of competencies and organization of procurement section, analysis of suppliers, segmentation, analysis of procurement processes
  • Logistics – analysis of inventory level, analysis of supply processes, analysis of utilization of own vehicles
  • Operations – Analysis of planning and operations management, analysis of connection with sale and procure¬ment processes, analysis of support services
  • Real estate – analysis of actual structure of real estate, analysis of alternative resource of financing
  • Sales and marketing – revision of actual marketing programs, analysis of efficiency of sales and marketing section, analysis of sales planning
  • IT – analysis of external suppliers, analysis of used telecommunications, analysis of rules for IT procurement
  • Tax – VAT audit, analysis of top management and executives remuneration
  • Maintenance – Definition of maintenance strategy, optimization of maintenance processes, design of reporting and controlling system for maintenance
