Shashi is a principal in Deloitte Consulting LLP's M&A and Restructuring practice and also leads Deloitte's Consumer Business M&A Consultative Services practice. Shashi has been published in leading business publications such as The Wall Street Journal, Executive Decision, and Business Finance magazine. He was named to The M&A Advisor's "40 Under 40 Emerging Leaders" in 2015. He holds a Master of Business Administration from the Indian Institute of Management Bangalore and a bachelors in electrical engineering from the University College of Engineering Hyderabad.
