Pat Brown is a managing director with the US CFO Program, based in Chicago. She also serves as the Deputy Global Research Director for the CFO Program. Previously, she was editor of the Deloitte Module in CFO Journal, the online publication published by The Wall Street Journal for CFOs and other financial executives. Before joining the CFO Program, she served as a senior manager, National Tax Marketing, supporting Business Tax Services.
Prior to joining Deloitte, Pat held various communications and marketing positions with other professional services providers and financial institutions at local, national, and global levels. In those roles, she supported a range of practice areas and business development. Prior experience also includes shareholder communications, news and feature writing, publishing, and translating.
Pat received an MS in Journalism from the University of Illinois, Champaign-Urbana, and a BA in Spanish from Lawrence University. She also holds a certificate from the Columbia University Graduate School of Business for completing the Ellen Gabriel Fellows Leadership Development Program.
