Matt Usdin is a principal at Deloitte Consulting and leads the US and Global Human Capital M&A practice. He has experience advising corporate and private equity clients on achieving M&A value through the organizational, cultural, and HR implications of M&A transactions from due diligence to postclose integration/divestiture realization. He also has significant experience leading Integration and divestiture programs, advising on value capture and synergy realization, and day 1-readiness.
