Keith Darcy

Keith serves as an independent senior advisor to Deloitte Risk & Financial Advisory’s Compliance Program Strategy & Design practice within Deloitte & Touche LLP working boards and senior leaders to identify, monitor, mitigate, and manage enterprise risks. Prior to joining Deloitte, Keith served nine years as executive director of the Ethics & Compliance Officer Association (ECOA). In that capacity, he helped organizations worldwide address a wide variety of complex compliance, governance, and regulatory challenges.

Keith has combined a 40-year career as a senior executive and corporate director with his passion for education, business ethics, compliance risk management, and organizational leadership. He is on the board of the Notre Dame Deloitte Center for Ethical Leadership. Since 1994, Keith has been teaching Ethics and Leadership at the Wharton School’s Institute of Executive Education. He previously served as associate dean and distinguished professor at Georgetown University. Keith has contributed his expertise in numerous books, newspapers, magazines, and at scores of global forums including the United Nations, the World Economic Forum, and Harvard University, Kennedy School of Government, Carr Center for Human Rights.
