Jason Coronado

Jason serves as Deloitte Tax LLP's US Retail & Distribution industry leader. In his role, he is responsible for the strategy of the Tax practice and collaborating with national industry specialists by bringing a tax perspective and insights to retail and distribution clients. Jason has nearly 20 years of experience advising clients in multiple areas of the tax law including merger and acquisition transactions, financial reporting for income taxes and accounting periods and methods.
