Ajit Prabhu

Ajit is an S&A principal with Deloitte Consulting LLP, practicing in the Technology, Media and Telecommunications (TMT) industries. While he specializes in corporate and BU strategy, he often continues to drive the execution of transformation strategies. He brings a combination of industry and consulting perspectives to his client engagements drawn from experience in a variety of positions–senior executive, entrepreneur, general manager, R&D engineer, and consultant.

Within the TMT industry he has worked on a variety of strategic projects for the senior executive suite including scenario planning, play-to-win, network and IT investment business cases, JV launches, new business model deployment, product portfolio management, customer acquisition and retention strategies, product launch management, channel optimization, and sales force effectiveness.

Ajit also has significant experience in inorganic growth, from front-end due diligence through post-merger integration within the telecom and technology sectors.

He holds an MBA in Finance and International Business from the Stern School of Business, New York University, M.E. in Computer Engineering from the University of Detroit, and B.E. in Electronics Engineering from Bangalore University, India.
