Rishi is an experienced senior manager within the life sciences & health care M&A transaction services group. Rishi has more than 11 years of public accounting experience including seven years of experience exclusively providing M&A transaction services to both private equity investors and strategic buyers for transactions occurring within the life sciences and health care space. Rishi has assisted clients in the cross-section of industries including acute care hospitals, outpatient facilities, skilled nursing facilities, home health, infusion therapy, at-risk physician groups, physician practice management, managed care and Medicare Advantage, and pharmacy benefit management.
