Orlando has more than nine years of experience in M&A transactions and currently is the M&A Health Service Line leader in Deloitte Mexico. He has participated in due diligence projects for global strategic buyers and PEI’s in the pharmaceutical, healthcare, departmental stores and self-service, manufacturing, real estate, hotel, and automotive sectors. Additionally, Orlando has conducted cross-border transactions in the United States, Latin America Europe, and Asia.
