Nadia is a leader in Deloitte's M&A and Restructuring practice, focusing on banking and payments transformations and transactions, helping clients drive organizational alignment and accelerate business outcomes on complex transformations across business and enabling functions.​

Nadia has over 16 years of experience advising financial services clients to define, plan, and execute against their strategic objectives. Her experience spans private equity, and strategic organizations with a focus in financial services (banking, payments) and technology (data, analytics, fintech).

She also co-leads Deloitte’s US Banking and Capital Markets Cost Transformation practice and serves as the Inclusion Leader for M&A and Restructuring in the USA.
