Mark Ford

Mark is a leader in the Deloitte & Touche LLP's Government and Public Services practice serving as the sub-sector leader for Higher Education in Deloitte’s Risk & Financial Advisory services business. Mark’s experience in risk consulting services and the information protection consulting profession goes back more than 20 years. Before consulting, Mark served as an officer in the US Army Military Intelligence Corp.

Mark was a founder and leader of Deloitte’s Identity and Access Management practice, serving as the national and global leader for more than nine years. In 2009 he was asked to build the firm’s Cyber Risk team in healthcare, primarily focusing on the Health Plans and Health Care Provider sectors. Mark’s healthcare consulting experience has included clients from all of the major sectors including Life Sciences, Health Plans and Health Care Providers. Mark experience includes serving many of the top Academic Medical Centers such as the University of Michigan, NYU Medical Center, and the University of Chicago.
