Bringing over 20 years of experience, he helps organizations define business cases, establish governance, and deliver complex transformation programs.

Kris partners with TME companies to drive growth and efficiency through AI-first Salesforce, data, and headless architecture solutions. Leveraging Deloitte’s pre-built assets, he also helps mid-market enterprises delivers tailored sales, marketing, and service capabilities designed for existing workflows.
