His diverse experience includes designing and operating large scale distributed applications and infrastructure and helping lead clients through the change management required for scalable Cloud, Agile and DevSecOps operating models. Primarily focused on heavily regulated industries such as premier banking, investment, capital market and insurance, Jay helps clients through many atomic steps of the change management process, sparking improved ways of working that lend to development of innovate products at speed, stability and security. Jay is also the product visionary and creator of Deloitte’s Enterprise DevOps Transformation at Process, Architecture, Culture and Engineering and Deloitte’s market leading DevSecOps Cloud Platform-an industrialized and secure “AllOps” platform for multi-Cloud automated deployments.
