In HR & Technology Advisory, we help our clients to future-proof their HR functions, by understanding their current landscape and long-term ambition. In HR Applications, we work directly with the largest Cloud software technologies in the market to implement new HR systems that enable a high performing HR function and the activities that sit within it.

Business and organisations are being disrupted. As a result, our clients are embarking on increasingly complex transformation journeys. We create lasting partnerships with our clients, enabling us to understand their most complex challenges. You’ll work with their people to help them navigate and deliver some of the most ambitious transformation programmes.

Modern workforces are no longer a static hierarchy of employees; they are everyone who helps create, transform and operate an enterprise. From employees to self-employed gig-workers to third-party partners, workforces are more diverse, flatter, and ever changing. You will help clients understand where they are today and where opportunities will exist in the future. Your analytical rigour and insight will help them transform how they attract, lead, manage, develop and reward their people, and to win the ‘war for talent’.

Within Actuarial, Rewards and Analytics, you’ll join one of three specialisms dependent on your skills and interests: Actuarial Insurance, the Capital Markets Group within Actuarial Insurance, or Banking Analytics and Quantitative Modelling.

Our Insurance business provides market-leading actuarial services across life insurance and general insurance, with a reputation for technical quality and thought leadership. Our teams provide services to a wide range of clients, from large multi-national insurers and Lloyd’s market syndicates, to small insurers who do not employ their own actuaries, and everything in between.

The Capital Markets Group (CMG) specialises in modelling risks such as the future movements of UK and international economic markets and longevity rates. As part of the CMG team you’ll be involved in the more technical aspects of actuarial and banking work, requiring high levels of quantitative skills to solve challenging problems on behalf of our clients.
