Yvette has 25 years’ experience in Transaction Services, having carried out investigations for private equity clients, complex corporate mergers and acquisitions, vendor due diligence assignment and reporting accountant work. Yvette has particular experience in capital markets transactions and how to apply the Properties and Listings Rules and the Takeover Code.
