Wayne is a Real Estate Risk & Disputes lawyer and partner in Deloitte Legal. He is one of the UK’s leading development constraints lawyers, with a particular focus on rights of light.
Prior to joining Deloitte Legal, Wayne worked on the successful delivery of more than £10bn of new developments, specialising in high-rise buildings within the PRS and PBSA sectors. In addition, Wayne undertakes a significant amount of work resolving JV disputes across public/private partnerships, with a particular focus on large regeneration schemes.
On the investment side, Wayne has worked with some of the largest real estate investors in the UK, undertaking portfolio management work and unlocking value across their estates. In this sphere, he is best known for resolving complex dilapidations claims.
