Bill is a Director in Deloitte Real Estate’s Development team and has more than 20 years of experience in complex capital programmes for a range of public and private sector clients delivering major new facilities and infrastructure.
Bill supports clients at all stages of the development process, from inception, business case development and establishment and implementation of programme governance, controls and reporting through to delivery and handover.
A Chartered Quantity Surveyor by training, Bill also has a Master’s Degree in Corporate Real Estate from Henley Business School, at the University of Reading.
Recent examples of Bill’s work include acting as a strategic advisor to one of the UK’s top universities on its development of an exciting new campus, and working with a large city council to develop options to grow and speed-up housing delivery.
