Tim Jones

Tim is a Partner in our Financial Advisory business and is the Transport Sector lead for Deloitte’s Financial Advisory practice. Tim has significant experience of working extensively with both the public and private sectors across all areas of infrastructure policy, with expertise in the rail and aviation industries in particular.

Tim’s specialisms include financial & commercial structuring, procurement advice, finance raising, and leading negotiations. His key areas of expertise also include: financial planning and analysis for transport, production and co-ordination of business cases, financial appraisal of infrastructure investments, commercial and technical due diligence, and the development of operational, commercial and financial models.
