Tim Clayton-Ball

Tim is a Partner in our Human Capital practice, focused on the Financial Services market with significant experience in the insurance sector. Tim leads our Leadership Market Offering and supports clients through all aspects of the organisation and workforce transformation agenda, taking a leadership-led change approach that empowers client staff. A key area of specialism for Tim is facilitating leadership and team alignment sessions. Tim is a senior facilitator on our CXO Transition Labs and also runs the Talent agenda for our Next Generation CFO Forum. Tim also has experience in organisation design, culture change and structuring and leading change programmes.
