Stephen is a technology lawyer in the Commercial and Technology team in Deloitte Legal. Stephen advises both customers and suppliers on a broad range of complex commercial technology and outsourcing deals, including in the financial and other regulated sectors.
Stephen focuses on all elements of cloud and software procurement (including software development (agile / waterfall), licensing, hosting and all forms of cloud deployment) and is a leading advisor on the use of open source software.
