Stephen has spent the last decade advising and delivering major change programmes for our largest clients. He works closely with our clients CFOs and CROs to address the actuarial change components of their programmes ranging from delivering new reporting requirements to operational efficiency and effectiveness. Generally these programmes have contained a significant actuarial technology delivery component.
