Ross Flanigan
Director | Head of Business Support Services | Cardiff Delivery Centre Leader
Ross is a senior director in the Central Business Services enabling function. He currently heads up Business Support Services and leads our Cardiff Delivery Centre where over 1,500 people support Deloitte teams and clients.
Ross is an MBA graduate and has spent 17 years at Deloitte focussed on creating and centralising numerous operational support functions. He has extensive experience leading teams from start-up to maturity, often to significant scale and with complex change management.
Ross is a board member and deputy chair of Cnect Wales, a not-for-profit body representing over 300 organisations with centralised operations in Wales. He is a fellow of the International Compliance Association and an honorary fellow of Cardiff & Vale College, in recognition of his work to break down barriers to employment. He had an earlier career phase as an officer in the RAF, working in air traffic control, operations, and HQ roles.
