Rafi Addlestone is a sustainability and impact strategist, specialising in delivering sustainable growth and societal impact through digital technology.
He is our global leader for technology, media and telecommunications (TMT) sustainability and focuses on advising our TMT clients on all aspects of sustainability strategy. He has specific expertise in corporate purpose, impact measurement and the enabling impacts of digital technology.
Rafi has written a number of ground-breaking studies on sustainability and impact including on the role of digital technology in delivering the Sustainable Development Goals, impact reporting and the case for corporate purpose. He also co-developed Deloitte’s global proposition on corporate purpose, and previously led third-sector strategy for Monitor Deloitte.
Before joining Deloitte, Rafi held policy and ministerial advisory roles in UK government having started his career in the Civil Service Fast Stream.
