Oscar Wong

Oscar is a Chartered Town Planner in the UK firm’s Development & Assurance group in Real Assets Advisory. He specialises in major infrastructure and urban development projects.

Oscar possesses wide-ranging planning policy, project management and masterplanning experience across the UK and internationally. At Deloitte, he provides advice to clients on delivering planning strategies and consenting activities on large-scale urban development schemes and major infrastructure projects as evidenced in his roles at Homes England, High Speed 2, London City Airport and Transport for London.

With experience in both private and public sectors, he comprehends the complex challenges of sustainable urbanism, the planning system and the politics which accompany both developers and statutory bodies.

He has been selected as a member of the London Mayor’s Young Professional Panel, working closely with the Greater London Authority on the city-regional infrastructure and planning policies. His commitment to town planning and his high-quality works have been recognised by the Royal Town Planning Institute London and received the accolade of Young Planner of the Year in 2022.
