Nicolas is a Manager in Deloitte’s Travel, Hospitality & Leisure (THL) Advisory practice and has more than 7 years of professional experience in the hospitality investment and real estate development industries. Nicolas’ experience ranges from hotel real estate transactions and development, to commercial due diligence and feasibility studies, financial modelling, hotel operator search & selection processes as well as market and competitor analyses. Nicolas worked on international projects across the UK, Middle East, Europe, and the Americas in both emerging as well as mature markets.
Prior to joining Deloitte, Nicolas held positions in corporate real estate & asset management for Hilton’s global owned, JV and leased portfolio as well as European hotel real estate brokerage at HVS Hodges Ward Elliott.
Nicolas holds a BSc (Hons) in International Hospitality Management from Ecole Hôtelière de Lausanne with a specialisation in strategic hotel investment and hotel development.
