Mark leads Deloitte’s Corporate Finance Advisory Industrials sector team, which covers the Energy, Chemicals, PPP, Automotive and Industrials Products sectors. He is also the UK Chemicals leader. He has over 20 years of lead corporate finance experience including Corporate & PE M&A, MBO’s, refinancing, fundraising and strategic advisory. His clients include Shell, NOC’s’ Johnson Matthey, Evonik, Honda, Marubeni, Bridgestone, National Grid, British Sugar, CBPE, Endless and LDC.
