Michael leads our Public Sector Technology Sourcing & Commercial team in the UK. His experience includes designing and delivering complex commercial IT programmes from strategy through procurement and exit & transition, to contract and supplier relationship management across government and public services. His recent experiences include the HMRC Technology Sourcing Programme, MoJ Evolve Portfolio and the GDS One Login Programme.
