John serves as Vice Chair and is Deloitte’s Global Life Sciences & Health Care Industry Consulting Leader. In this role, he guides and advises Deloitte’s global leaders and their clients in the industry and is responsible for defining, driving and delivering Deloitte’s global industry consulting strategy. He is the lead sponsor of our Future of Health initiative and Deloitte’s Health Equity Institute in Europe which has a mission to deliver a fair and just opportunity for everyone to fulfil their human potential in all aspects of health and wellbeing. In addition, he serves as Global Lead Client Service Partner for our most important global clients.
John has more than 30 years of experience working with multinational pharmaceutical, medtech and biotechnology organisations and national governments. His primary expertise relates to optimising global business operations, covering strategy, M&A integration and divestment, operational and financial improvement, ERP implementation, global business services, analytics and outsourcing.
