Jeremy is an experienced IP lawyer and works with clients on all aspects of the protection, exploitation and enforcement of their intellectual property and related rights, as well as a wide range of software and technology related disputes.

He has advised clients on numerous cases in the High Court (including IPEC), many of which involved obtaining interim injunctive relief. Jeremy also has significant experience in resolving disputes through alternative mechanisms, in particular mediation.

While Jeremy advises across the whole range of IP rights, on both disputes and non-contentious matters, he has a focus on issues relating to software and data. In particular he has significant expertise in advising on rights in data, data use clearance, software and data licensing disputes, software copyright issues and open source software.

In addition, Jeremy regularly advises on IP licensing matters, the IP aspects of Corporate transactions and the full range of IP audit and IP value management services
