David Cowen

David is a Senior Manager in our Prudential Assurance team, with experience of prudential regulation across both UK and EU jurisdictions having worked for the PRA and European Central Bank (ECB) banking supervision. David joined Deloitte in 2023 from the PRA, where he worked primarily on Traded Risk internal models. David has also advised on an internal model regulatory application for the EU-subsidiary of a G-SIB as an independent consultant. David is a CFA charterholder.
