Dan is a Chartered Quantity Surveyor with over 25 years’ experience advising on large construction & infrastructure projects / programmes for a wide range of clients in both the private and public sectors. Dan is based in the UK but also advises clients on projects overseas particularly focussed on the Middle East and mainland Europe.
Prior to joining Deloitte Dan worked for two global construction consultancies based in the UK and managed construction projects from inception to completion, across a wide range of sectors including commercial offices, residential, hotels, financial services, data centres and most notably the Emirates Stadium and associated developments in London. Dan also gained experience working for a large construction company leading the construction of Phase 2 of the London Docklands estate.
Dan uses his major project experience to provide strategic and assurance advice to clients, either independently or as part of a multi-disciplinary Deloitte team. Dan also provides commercial and technical due diligence to support investment or transaction decisions relating to Infrastructure, property, and construction. Dan’s experience with a diverse range of clients has enabled him to develop skills in working with all members of project, client, and funding organisations through-out the life of a construction project.
