Cliff is a senior audit partner in our Banking and Capital Markets Group with over 30 years’ experience and has acted as Lead audit Partner on some of our largest and most complex banking audit relationships. He also acts as an Assurance Partner leading on regulatory, accounting, corporate governance and internal controls and risk management advice to banking clients and as a Skilled Person investigating in a number of internal controls, governance and conduct related issues under appointment from the FCA.
