Bethan Khesro

Bethan is a Senior Consultant within our Human-centred Transformation team, with experience working across Banking and Insurance with a particular focus on financial inclusion, and embedding purpose in organisational strategy.

She has previous experience working on engagements to design financial inclusion strategies and roadmaps, focusing on supporting key underserved demographics in society. Taking an insight-led approach is key to our offer and Bethan supported the design and analysis of Deloitte’s cost-of-living research, seeking to help identify opportunities for financial services providers to better support their customers.

Bethan is passionate about working with the financial services industry to drive real, positive change for organisations and their consumers.
