Anita is the lead partner for the data protection and privacy legal advisory practice at Deloitte Legal. Anita advises multinational clients on all aspects of data protection compliance across all sectors. This ranges from GDPR compliance, information governance and HR privacy issues to ecommerce and data monetisation. She also has significant experience working on data breaches as well as advising on freedom of information, interception and cookies and marketing rules. Anita has extensive technical knowledge of data protection law from her previous role as a government lawyer.
