Anastasia Broder

Anastasia is a manager with over 4 years of experience of working with multiple Financial Services organisations. Her focus has been on assisting clients with various Third Party Risk Management (TPRM) challenges, ranging from ensuring alignment to the critical FS regulatory requirements to identifying and finding solutions for the paint points in the end-to-end Third Party lifecycle. She delivered multiple TPRM transformation programmes, specialising in the future state governance and target operational model design.

Anastasia has a deep understanding of the FS regulatory space, having recently completed a secondment with a global bank; as a regulatory manager, her focus was on overseeing the implementation of the Digital Operational Resilience Act (“DORA”) and scanning the regulatory horizon for updates and developments. Her most recent project focused on helping a financial services company perform a DORA readiness assessment, deepening her knowledge of the subject matter.
